The Intellidrain is an electronic drain trap, which utilizes a proximity sensor to detect the presence of condensate in the trap. When the condensate has reached a pre-determined level in the trap, a circuit is closed and a solenoid valve opens to discharge the condensate. As the condensate level falls inside the trap, the electrical circuit is opened and the solenoid closes, before any valuable compressed air is wasted.

An LED indicates when the trap is powered, and another LED confirms the operation of the push-to-test membrane switch. The trap is supplied with a power cord and a 115v plug.

The Intellidrain is suitable for filters, dryers or any other drain point in a compressed air system, when an electrical trap is preferred, but no loss of valuable compressed air can be allowed.
