Available with horizontal or space-saving vertical tanks.

Features include rugged cast iron crankcase construction and tough cast iron or cast iron lined domed cylinders that eliminate head gasket concerns while improving compressor efficiency. The disc valves are precisely machined of select Swedish steel. Crankshafts are of rugged cast iron. The R-Series line of air compressor pumps are available as a single or two-stage, with a pressure range of 100-175 psi.

Supplies

Service Kits:
Keep your compressor running smoothly with a Champion service kit. Conveniently packaged, your kit will include enough lubricant and the necessary parts to do an annual maintenance. Kits include lubricant, air filters, and oil filters where applicable.

Heavy-Duty Air Filters:

A 4-micron air filter system is used to keep dirt particles from entering the compressor pump.

Bare Compressor Pumps - Single or Two-Stage
 For pump replacement or OEM applications, for the ultimate in air system design.

Gasket-Free Integral Cylinder/Head:

Design eliminates the possibility of a blown headgasket.

Domed Piston:

Allows the use of large diameter, low lift valves, while minimizing clearance volume for maximum air delivery.
